NY: Condo residents kick MetroPCS antennas off roof in groundbreaking legal dec.
For the second time in four months, residents of a Lake Street condominium have kicked one of the nation’s largest wireless telephone companies off the roof of their 12-story building, this time by convincing a state court that the board of their condo association violated the condo’s bylaws when it give MetroPCS a $27,600-a-year lease allowing it to install eight cell-phone antennas.
