On behalf of two condominium purchasers at the Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino in Las Vegas (now named the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas), a complaint for preliminary and permanent injunction will be filed today demanding that the Cosmopolitan disclose potential flooding hazards and liabilities associated with the underground parking and foundation of the property.
