NC: When Does HOA Enforcement Become Unreasonable?
Can a homeowners association come after your property for doing something you think is good for your neighborhood? That kind of question prompted Mecklenburg State Representative Beverly Earle (D) to propose changes to the Planned Community and Condo Act.
