MA: Parkview owners in hot water after residents protest luke warm showers

In January 2008 several residents of the Parkview Condominiums at 200 Swanton St., started contacting Health Director Jennifer Murphy complaining about a lack of hot water in their homes. They told her showers were often luke warm, and kitchen faucets didnt provide water hot enough to adequately clean dishes.
