Residents found out that Entergy would be disconnecting electricity to the entire complex on Friday unless the Brandywine Condo Association or its owners pay a nearly $67,000 electric bill. Entergy has been trying to collect the bill since last December. The bill also carries a $120,000 reconnection fee.
