The current owners, Frank and Barbara Sciame, bought the home in 2004 for $6 million and continued to renovate the entire home. They lifted the home up 5 feet to protect it from flooding. Many walls were also reconstructed and windows were added so that there is a view of the water from nearly every room. The home has 6 bedrooms, 7.5 baths and a saltwater pond that extends from the Long Island Sound. The luxurious interior adds to the quality of the home immensely. For a mere $28 million, you too could say you lived in the home of the legendary Katherine Hepburn.
