FL: When good boards make bad decisions
“Kay, two years ago we had a $385,000 assessment to replace our roof. It was installed incorrectly, no permit was pulled, a warranty was advised and refused, and the roof did not pass inspection. Our condominium board wanted to go cheap. Now we are being assessed again to replace the same roof. Do we as owners have any recourse to go back to the previous board for their bad financial decisions?
